Piedmont Orthotics Laboratory Inc. (POL), establish in 1971, has been by providing the finest in quality custom-made orthotics to medical professions for over three decades. POL has experienced substantial growth by realizing that service to their clients is equally as important as orthotic fabrication. Because of this philosophy, much of our growth can be contributed to referrals from satisfied medical professionals like you, who want the best for their patients.

In April of 1991 POL became one of only four orthotic laboratories in the United States to utilize Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) and the first on the East Coast. Since then every major orthotic manufacturer has realized the importance of automated systems.

POL is the Beta testing laboratory for Osirusoft Research & Engineering, developer of OreTek software, the heart of our manufacturing system. Osirusoft  is dedicated to ongoing development of software and hardware capability to further enhance the performance of the system.
